Bathroom renovations in Farnham
Bathroom renovation for homes in Farnham and the surrounding area, including older and listed properties. We can bring the strip-out, building work, trades and finishes together around an agreed plan for the room.
Making better use of a small room
A small bathroom can need more than new fittings. The layout, ceiling height and adjoining spaces all affect how the room works. We start by looking at the existing space and discussing what you want to improve.
For period and listed properties, the proposed changes also need to be considered alongside the existing fabric and the relevant approvals. The work is planned around the agreed specification.
A Grade II cottage bathroom transformed
This project involved a small bathroom in a Grade II listed cottage that needed a total overhaul. We removed the old bathroom and started from scratch.
Removing the ceilings created more headroom. Space under the adjacent staircase was used to accommodate a bigger bath, and a wet room floor allowed the shower to be used over the bath without a curtain or screen.
New lighting and electric underfloor heating were installed too. The gallery includes the original room, the strip-out and the completed bathroom, showing the changes in layout and headroom.
Planning your bathroom renovation
Send photographs of the existing room, the property location and a short description of what is not working for you. An idea of the layout, fittings and timing you want will help start the conversation.
We can discuss the building work and trade coordination needed to achieve the agreed result, including where a bathroom renovation forms part of a wider refurbishment.
